The idea of reframing our thoughts resonates with me, especially since I am currently reading the book Designing Your Life. By reframing our thoughts or problems, we can convert them into actionable tasks instead of getting stuck on them for a long time. I agree that this is something we can discuss with a chatbot to make an actionable plan. Thank you for the post—looking forward to the next one!

Glad you enjoyed it. The same way we need precise details and context to write a good prompt to interact with the LLMs, we need a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound (SMART) goal to increase the likelihood of achieving it.

Most importantly, since we have 6,000 thoughts a day, how we think / talk to ourselves in my opinion is the most critical part. Growth > Fixed mindset. “Prompt” your brain carefully.
